We offer consulting services to the food industry in terms of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and the FSMS (Food Safety Management Systems).
We consult for the food manufacturing, food distribution and food retail sectors.

MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING 

We offer microbiological testing of foods, food contact zones and other sensitive touchpoints. We operate a fully operational mobile microbiology testing laboratory. The use of rapid testing technology allows us to accurately and quickly discern the microbial load of identified areas and foods.

AUDITING

We offer supplier audit services where we act as an independent body who assess the fitness of a supplier (of foods) to render such a service. A detailed report of supplier fitness is then provided to the client who is able to make informed supplier decisions.
